Today I’m raising a glass to you, my friend.

For your patience, your brilliant sense of humour, and the late nights you’ve spent baking cakes and coming up with exceptional dishes, somehow still finding the energy to make me laugh.

I love the care you put into what you do. I love that we can be in the middle of absolute chaos and you’ll come out with something that has me in stitches.

Coviello wouldn’t be the same without you, and neither would my days here.

Enjoy every minute of your holiday. Let someone else cook, pour the drinks and worry about what’s for tomorrow.

I’ll hold the fort. You’ve earned this. 🍷

𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁.

It smells of white flowers, fresh apricots, green apples and pear, and comes in a bottle that looks more like a work of art than a grappa.

Amorosa di Settembre is made in Veneto by the Poli family from Vespaiolo, a local grape whose intensely floral aroma is said to attract wasps during the harvest.

Delicate, aromatic and unexpectedly gentle.

Not the grappa you think you know.

Ask us for a glass after dinner, and let September linger a little longer. 🇮🇹

The doors reopened, the glasses were filled, the sharing boards kept coming — and Coviello felt alive again.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆.🌍

Over the past year, guests from all over the world have left us banknotes from their home countries, often with a name, a message or a memory written on them.

Many of you will remember seeing the collection grow around our coffee machine, one note and one journey at a time.

We have now brought them all together in a frame: a little piece of Coviello made by the people who have walked through our doors.

The first collection is complete. Now, a new one begins.

So, wherever you come from — or wherever your travels take you, bring us a banknote and help us fill the next frame. ❤️
