That’s all our Games Night dates finished for 2026…..

What a fabulous time we all had , from Race Night at the Gatfield’s, Christmas Table Games at the Clarke’s , Play Your Cards Right, Kazoo and Bullseye at the Clowes’ and finishing with a Back to School
quiz at ours ……

At each evening I gifted a special cupcake set , each inspired in the theme of the hosts favourite cocktail/tipple 👀. All new recipes to me, but my goodness they were good

Emberly Turns 1

✨ Making birthday dreams come true!

A bespoke under-the-sea cake for beautiful Emberly’s first birthday. Every shell and mermaid detail was handcrafted with love. 💜🐚

This cake was a very welcomed request….. and I was honoured to be asked to create for this family once again…. I did her big sisters 1st birthday when I first started 🥺

This has been so special for me as the last time I did a mermaid theme cake was for my granddaughter, it was the first cake I ever did and it was the cake that made me think oh I might actually start a page ….

It is absolutely incredible to see just how far I have come (I will share the differences soon )

I stunning 5” Red Velvet Cake covered in my Hybrid Ganache ….. and what’s better than a beautiful cake ? Matching Cupcakes 🧁 which of course I also created.

Thank you Melanie Russell for once again trusting me with such a special occasion, it really has been a pleasure…. I am absolutely over the moon with how it turned out and I know how much you loved it also. I hope Emberly had the best day celebrating with family yesterday ❤️

Sooooo it was our turn to host our annual Games Night with our friends last night….

For those those eagle eyed followers you will have noticed that at each Games Night I have gifted a Box of Cupcakes in a Cocktail theme for the hostess …

1st up was Espresso Martini Cupcakes, then I attempted P**n Star Martini and lastly a Malibu & Coke set…… all were new flavours to me and WOW THEY WERE GOOD…..

Even though I was hosting last night I couldn’t let everyone down so I decided to try a completely new recipe to try and recreate the flavours of my hubbies favourite cocktail …. A PináColada

I beautifully moist Pineapple Cupcake with crushed fresh Pineapple was a good base to start the flavours, I coupled this with an incredible Coconut Buttercream, then for the fun bit , a pipette of Malibu to enhance the flavours that you squeeze into the cupcake….

Oh my goodness , I was a little concerned when they came out of the oven HOWEVER they were absolutely incredible , I totally smashed the flavours, a perfect balance ….. and just look at how cute they look all decorated 👀

Everyone enjoyed them and I made up a 3 Box as a surprise for the Winners of the Evening

I was thrilled to receive an enquiry to do this for a Hen Weekend celebration…. yes I had two orders for two separate Hen Celebrations

I gorgeous 5” Vanilla Cake , Ganache Iced with Vanilla Buttercream Filling…. everything about this cake went perfect (oh I do love these cooler days) and what a fabulous topper 😂😂

All florals were imitation but they looked incredible all together , I’ve had some lovely feedback from the Hens 🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓

I have never offered these Bento Boxes on my MENU but when I get asked ‘Could you do something like this’ I jumped at the chance to give it a go …..

Oh my goodness I am so pleased I did, totally out of my comfort zone but ai loved it , and the creative ideas are endless …… A perfect answer to ‘I really want cake BUT its only for 6-8 people’ If this is you a Bento Box could be the perfect answer…

5” Chocolate Cake , 2 Layer, with Chocolate Buttercream & Nutella filling with 5 Matching Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream…..

Had the absolute pleasure to create for one of my colleagues at my clinic this weekend …..

Now to be completely transparent the chocolate shard effect looks amazing however this was the second attempt as the first lot flopped in front of my eyes whilst adding the gold leaf… so I had to start all over again…… but hey I got there ….

A stunning 7” Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream filling covered in a Cadburys Ganache…. Believe me this is an absolute winner for chocolate lovers

Thank you for trusting me with such an important celebration , and thank you for following all the advice in order to keep your cake looking this lovely for your special event
