10 years without this wee gem in my kitchen, still to this day will never forget our conversation about her coming back to work just after Christmas, I'd already gave her a week off by the way!! In a phone call this was our conversation - well boss are ye well? I said im grand what about urself ye wee rocket?? She replies im 100% boss but I may not be back in time for my shift (as she was in England at the time)she laughed I fkd her off an she says im joking ye lunatic il be in as normal stop stressin fk ye have i ever let ye down (which she never did) 👌❤️

My last words with her will last forever as her boss but as a friend will last an eternity

Thats us good to go again tomorrow 👨‍🍳 (friday 2nd January) been a lovely time off spent with the family,I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas 🎅
