Working with a small network of amazing growers and artisan suppliers, we cook up the best of Scotland's produce on our Field Kitchen and Land Rover for your event. From flavoursome pheasant pies to right-good rabbit stew, we use the best of Scotland’s natural produce to serve delicious wild cuisine from our roving Sankey Field Kitchen. Because we care passionately about food provenance, we only w

ork with the people who hunt, fish, grow and forage for Scotland’s tastiest produce. Travelling around in our lovingly-restored and trusty old (1961!) Series 2 Land Rover, we source food directly from local game-dealers, farms, and Scotland’s tastiest hedgerows, so that as the food seasons change, our dishes do too!

From a beautiful ceremony in the walled garden to canapés in the sunshine and a relaxed, summery sharing feast, Sean & Jess's wedding was one to remember.

Guests tucked into a range of seasonal favourites including cured and crème fraiche crackers, veggie haggis balls with GF beer batter, venison stew with Jersey Royals, salad and green beans and our homemade lemon tart with Katy Rodgers creme fraiche and Pittormie Fruit Farm berries.

We first met the lovely Lena at an event back in 2024, and we were absolutely delighted when she got in touch afterwards to ask us to cater her wedding with (almost!) the exact same menu.

There really is no bigger compliment than someone loving your food so much they want to eat it all over again! We jumped at the chance to recreate the menu for Lena, Michael & their guests, and it was every bit as special the second time around.

"While we probably are still in a bit of a daze from our big day, I just wanted to pop on here to say the biggest of THANK YOU to you and the whole Wild Rover team for helping us organise things from the start, through to supplying us with all the amazing food for our wedding. If we do say so ourselves, our & Caramel Brownies are pretty irresistible. Our team make all our desserts from scratch in our Rosyth kitchen, including these gooey brownies which we serve with homemade Wild Rover vanilla ice cream and berry coulis as well as juicy strawberries from in the summer months.
