Hi everyone,
Unfortunately it’s the same situation as last week… but worse 😂
I went into the café today to prep for opening tomorrow and there is now no path at all — even access to the side gate has been completely ripped up, and no tar has been laid yet either.
We’ve had no notice from the council that the works would still be ongoing, especially as we were originally told everything would be completed by last Thursday 🫣
At the moment it wouldn’t be safe for customers to access the front of the building, especially with no pathway and ongoing works still happening around the entrance.
We’re hoping to have The coffee box out tomorrow, but we’ll need to wait and see if it’s safe to do so depending on what’s happening with the works in the morning.
Any tags, shares, or support would be massively appreciated. We’ve now lost 2 full days of business and are really hoping we don’t lose a third 🤞
