Don Padrino is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CDP who is ready to take ownership of their section, work with quality ingredients, and play an important role in delivering consistently high standards.
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and passionate about good food. The successful candidate will have the confidence and ability to run and control their own section while supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for running and maintaining a designated kitchen section.
* Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to Don Padrino standards.
* Assist with stock control, rotation, and minimising waste.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organisation.
* Support junior team members and lead by example during service.
* Work closely with senior chefs to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
* Assist on other sections when required, including grill service.
What Weโre Looking For
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie.
* Ability to confidently run and control a section during busy services.
* Good cooking skills with some experience working on a grill section.
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* A genuine passion for food and a willingness to learn and develop.
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures.
