Oh my goodness, we’ve got some news! Big exciting news! So exciting, in fact, we now get to share it all with you!

We told you all a couple of months ago that we had submitted planning permission for a bigger shop. This permission has been approved and we are set to start work on the new place pretty soon. 🥳🥳🥳

We also said that it wouldn’t be far away. It is in fact almost next door. We are going from 75 Perth Road to 69 Perth Road, which is practically 2 doors down. 📍

We are so happy, nervous, excited, all the feelings for this next step and having you all along for the ride has been incredible. We can’t wait to share this next step with you as well. ☕️🙌

We also wanted to give a shout out to the lovely folk at the .cc for their support on this. This West End community is so incredibly strong and we are so honoured to be apart of it.

We’ve taken that classic Cold Brew feeling and given it a twist.

Hey there everyone!

So, word on the street is that there might be a bigger, newer Noch coming your way. But fret not, it’s only two doors down!

We just wanted to get ahead of the narrative real quick as we weren’t approached for any comments for the article that some of you may have seen. We have indeed put in a planning application for a bigger unit, only four steps away from our current one. The opportunity has come up, and we would be foolish not to explore it.

We want to focus on the important details of an expansion. Ultimately, our main aim is to have a bigger space. This means more seats for your wonderful bottoms and no more walking past the door when we are at capacity. It will also give us the chance to host bigger community driven events and continue on our journey of becoming one of the many brilliant independently run businesses in the West End.

Despite the headline we wanted to let you all know that our main drive for wanting a larger shop is not to serve booze. It’s hopefully going to be an addition to our offerings at some point in the future, but there is a lot of work we have to do before we get there.

Please do allow us some time to sift through all the planning and preparation. Any official news about what exactly is happening will come from us, and us only.

**NEW SANDWICH ALRET**

Hey Folks!

It’s about that time of year again when we feel like we need a little refresh for our menu!

Most of our standards remain the same, but we are super happy to introduce a brand new sandwich onto the menu. It is our take on the classic Reuben sandwich.

We’ve coined it The Noch Reuben. Vegan Pastrami, roasted red pepper and the best pickles in the land from .waves, with a whipped vegan feta and mustard sauce topped with a sprinkle of crispy onions.

Our Gourmet Cheese Toastie, Chicken Mayo and Crispy Bacon and Fancy Avo on Toast remain the same. Please come on down this week and try out the new kid of the block!

Hey Folks!

The second of our Christmas markets is kicking off this coming Friday! Here is a little taste of what is to come!

from .coffee will be with us for most of the morning for a little bar takeover, so, if you guys are wanting to chat about any coffee stuff with him, please don’t hesitate to come down. He’ll be bringing a whole bunch of coffee with him for you all to feast upon.

will be back selling more delicious chocolate bars. They went really well last week, so if you missed out, this is your chance to pack your socks with as much chocolate as you will fit.

The Noch team will also have a few bits and bobs going. Think truffles, little cakes, and other nice stuff.

will also be making an appearance with the cutest ceramics you could imagine. Want a goose on a cup?! End your search, you’ll find it here!

The DJcad crew are making a return as well. They had some truly beautiful pieces last week, everything from Christmas cards to festive themed prints. Please come and support these insanely talented young artists.

Once again, the knitting and crocheting needles have been out this week to prep for another round of Christmas joy. There will be more bobbles, coasters, gnomes, and beanies!

What’s up everyone! 🙌

It’s been a wild ride of a year and we are so pleased how it all turned out. We just wanted to take a minute to show a bit of love to the amazing roasters that we had the pleasure of working with this year. There were some excellent coffees going through the various grinders and brewing methods.

We had exclusively Scottish roasted coffee on our shelves and in our hoppers this year. A testament to the quality and brilliance of the industry in Scotland. Next year is going to be more of the same and maybe even some other interesting coffees coming in from a little further afield.

Also a huge thanks to all the folk that came out of each of our tasting events. We thoroughly enjoyed sharing our space with you all. Stay tuned for our events coming up next year. We are planning some pretty epic stuff!

Alrighty, with one month until Christmas Day we are in full festive spirit. With that in mind, we are excited to showcase a few of the lovely people who will be joining us this coming Friday for the first of our Noch Christmas Markets. 🎄

Firstly will be here flogging coffee left, right and centre. Starting behind the bar for a wee takeover then stepping out to chat to all your lovely faces about the super exciting things they’ve got going on this festive season. ☕️

Next, we’ve got coming down from their production warehouse behind us to sell the best chocolate Dundee has ever seen. Whether you’re in the mood for gourmet level hot chocolate or simply wanting to munch down on gorgeously creamy chocolate bars, they’ve got you covered. 🍫

We will also be joined by whose cookies will change your view on life. Packed with delicious fillings they are sure to make any Christmas plate look even more appetising. 🍪

also returns to show off her amazing ceramic creations. The perfect gift for that person who enjoys taking a moment to appreciate their drink of choice. Whether that be coffee, tea and matcha, Wa Nee has got something for you to put it in! 🍵

We’ve also had our knitting and crocheting needles out the last few months preparing a whole bunch of cool little festive gifts. From coasters, to beanies, to tree decorations, to elf hats for your chocolate balls, there will absolutely be something cute to put in and/or under your tree. 🧶

Lastly, some of our favourite art students are coming in to sell their illustrations. It’s always great to see what they create and supporting young artists is something we love doing. 🎨

Last week we had our long anticipated tasting event with , which was most definitely a success and the coffees on offer were delicious.

Big thanks to Garry and Amanda for coming up and spending some time with all of us. They don’t just have great coffee, but they’re great people as well. 🙌

We are super appreciative of all the wonderful people that came around and enjoyed the range. You also bought all of retail we had, so we will be getting another round in before the festive season.

This was our last tasting of the year, but the events don’t stop. Please come on down to The Noch Christmas Markets 2025 at the end of the month and beginning of next. We promise more good coffee, food and a couple of cheeky bar takeovers from some more of our favourite people!

Alrighty, we’ve got the Christmas celebrations coming at you thick and fast. 🎄

We are super happy to announce the return of The Noch Christmas Market to our little shop on Perth Road. After a fairly successful outing last year we are changing things up a little bit. The market will take place on two consecutive Friday evenings from 5pm to 7pm, so there will only be a couple of hours to fill your tote bags with cool stuff. 🎄🎅

There are going to be some amazing people coming along to sell their homemade products and we are amped to share our space with everyone. From coffee roasters to local ceramics and Dundee made chocolate, we have got everything covered. There will be food and drinks, including our full festive menu and even some frankfurter rolls. ☕️🍫🌭
