As you might expect in a Bistro named in honour of the great cornet player, and composer, Bix Beiderbecke, the theme and music playing in the restaurant is jazz orientated. One of the restaurants proprietors previously owned a record store in Glasgow and uses his eclectic taste in music to create playlists for visitors to enjoy. Everyone is welcome soak up some of Beiderbeckes' atmosphere with a drink in the Lounge Bar area or a delicious evening meal in the restaurant.
