Dessert was always special at Crumb. Offering something a little different, always set us apart and changing the dishes often always kept things fresh. One dish which remained constant was our world famous Ooey Gooey Cake.
Often described as the best dessert in Dumfries, you can now enjoy it at Mabie House Hotel.

CHICKEN FAJITA PASTA

Lunch at Hugo’s was usually chicken crunchies. In something (wrap, brioche etc), with something (cheese, sauce etc). And then Clairey Walker changed EVERYTHING. “I kinda want fajitas but I kinda want pasta. Make me something, Paul.”
I’d never seen fajita pasta before, so I always tell people I invented it. This may not be true. What’s true is that the Fajita Pasta at Crumb was head and shoulders above other versions.
This is the best instructions for making this that I can come up with. As always, mess around with it. Alter the ingredients. Just make sure it tastes good. Nothing else matters.
