This week we had a wee request for something Dairy Free at The Thirsty Filly! These brownies are Gluten and Dairy free, fudgey on the inside with a shiny crackly top, and the perfect chocolatey treat for your weekend. 🤤

As well as the favourite gluten free Caramel Crispie Squares 😋

Is there anything nicer! Honestly I love Easter 😍 Did you know that lots of Cadburys chocolate is gluten free?? Including... Crunchie, Twirl, Wispa, Wispa Gold 🤤, Chocolate Buttons (milk and white), Fudge, Caramel Nibbles to name a few! Can you tell I have a sweet tooth and love my chocolate? 🍫

Sometimes i forget to share useful Coeliac info on here! 🙈 So ahead of Pancake Tuesday tomorrow, heres my fave GF pancake recipe for proper pancakes, not thin crepe ones! The batter does seem runny at first but in a few minutes it starts to thicken and makes the yummiest fluffy pancakes! 😘
We made them a day early dont they look delish? 🥞

Easing back into the baking with a few birthdays! 🥳 Of course all of the cakes I make are gluten free, but Gluten and Dairy free is getting more common and a lot of people say you wouldnt notice the difference! 🫶

I have a few spaces left for Jan/Feb but always advise booking in as soon as possible even if its just to pencil in a date so you dont miss out! :)

Happy Sunday! 🥰 hard to know what day of the week it is on these days in between! Very blessed to have had a lovely Christmas with family, hoping you have all had the same. 💞

Thanks so much to everyone for keeping me busy throughout the year, I know I've cut down my undertaking due to spending time with these 2 wee men but they won't be wee forever so i appreciate your understanding!
