Our new Pig’s Head Croquette dish is one for the nose-to-tail crowd 🐖

The innards are packed with rich, slow-cooked flavour while the crispy pig’s ear chicharrón adds texture and the ultimate ASMR crunch. Served with apple & fennel gel and wild garlic mayonnaise to cut through the richness and keep everything balanced.
