⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THIS WEEK – PLEASE READ ⚠️
As many of you will have seen, we're due another spell of extreme heat this week, with Wednesday, Thursday and Friday forecast to see temperatures reaching around 33°C. ☀️🥵
As always, the wellbeing of our customers is extremely important to us, and we also have a responsibility to ensure all of our stock is kept at the correct temperatures and that we continue trading safely and in line with food safety regulations.
We're extremely proud of our 5⭐ Food Hygiene Rating, and we certainly intend on keeping it that way!
With this in mind, we may need to make a few temporary changes to our trading times and the way we operate during the hottest parts of the week, to keep everything safe ❄️
🕗 WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY MORNING LOCATIONS
The John Cockle (Mansfield) Dronfield Woodhouse, Thurcroft, Rainworth, South Normanton and Brinsworth will be trading from around 8am until approximately 11am–11:30am.
☀️ THURSDAY & FRIDAY AFTERNOON POP-UPS
Ollerton, Creswell, Bilsthorpe - These fall right in the hottest part of the day, so trading times are likely to be much shorter than normal, so we're only expecting to be there for around an hour.
For food safety reasons, all stock will be kept inside our refrigerated units rather than out on display on the pop up locations. But don't panic, we'll still have our full range available as normal! 🥩🥓🍗 Just come over and ask us what's available and we'll happily run through everything we've got in the fridges.
🌤️ SATURDAY
Temperatures are currently forecast to drop significantly by Saturday, so all being well, we should be back to relatively normal trading times for the weekend at Eckington, Clipstone & Boythorpe.
Thank you in advance for bearing with us during these challenging weeks. Keeping everyone safe and keeping our products at the correct temperatures has to come first.
