Rain doesn't stop these hens doing what hens do best.
Fresh grass, fresh air and plenty of room to roam. Our pasture raised hens are moved regularly onto fresh grazing, producing delicious eggs laid fresh daily less than 100 metres from our shop. 🥚🐓

Introducing Pasture Raised Eggs from Barnview Farm 🥚🌿

Our hens are now enjoying life out on fresh pasture, where they can roam freely, forage naturally, and enjoy fresh air and sunshine every day ☀️🐔

Their mobile house is moved down the field every few days onto fresh grass, giving the hens continual access to clean pasture and fresh grazing 🌱🚜

Our pasture raised system goes beyond standard free range by giving hens regular access to fresh pasture, allowing them to behave naturally by scratching, foraging and exploring grassland.

This natural lifestyle helps produce:
🥚 Rich golden yolks
🥚 Incredible fresh flavour
🥚 Strong shells
🥚 Higher natural levels of omega-3s and vitamins

Our pasture raised eggs are laid fresh every day just a few hundred metres from our shop — truly local from field to shelf.

Better for the hens, better for the land, and better tasting too!🌿
