We are down at Bridlington King Street Food Festival this Sunday 27th. At the top end in front of Boyes and will be Serving up this amazing sanger. £9 cash only. This will be our last one till end of July as we are stacked out with other jobs / commitments. So get yourselves down for your Haisthorpe fix! See you on Sunday. X

HELLO 👋

We have been a bit quiet recently, but back with a bang 🧨at this weekends Bridlington, King street, food festival Will be down there serving from 10ish and on the board will be Our twist on traditional Italian Arancini........

🌟 Salt and chilli chicken Ramencini 🌟

Crispy, deep fried balls of ramen noodles with that takeaway salt and chilli chicken flavour. Little bit of mozz to give it that 🤤cheese pull. A pot of our homemade katsu curry for all your dipping needs. Finished with Asian pickled red onions and just a sprinkle of parmesan.......

These things are 💣 And I’m calling it now, probably the best thing we’ve ever made IMO.

Get down early to avoid missing out.

This was a bit of special one for us today, we did Zoe and Nicks wedding 💒 back in October 22 and today they asked us to cater their little boy 🧒🏼 Albert's Christening. What a honour to be trusted with these two major life events. Can't help but feel proud ☺️

• Beef meatballs, made with gochujang, a sweet and smokey Korean red pepper paste, made fresh with spring onions, ginger & garlic. Topped with a sweet, spicy, tangy glaze, sriracha mayo and crispy onions.

• Fluffy jasmine rice cooked in coconut milk with crispy garlic

🌟 Asian cucumber salad

• Spiralised cucumbers with a salty and sweet dressing. Soy, sesame, chilli oil & black vinegar

Our last wedding of the year (phew) 😅🥲What a beautiful couple and a fantastic day all round. Thank you Jim & Claire for trusting us to take care of your special day!

Royal Yorkshire Yacht Club, Life members dinner today.

Started off with canapés

🌟 Mini yorkies with beef fillet and creamed horseradish

🌟 Whipped honey ricotta, fresh figs, balsamic reduction with thyme

🌟 4 cheese Arancini with spicy Arribiata sauce

Main course was

🌟 Stuffed free range chicken breasts, sage, cream cheese, wholegrain and leeks wrapped in prosciutto. Finished with garlic chives, pea shoots and crispy sage. Roasted garlic mash and butter basted tenderstem broccoli. Shallot and white wine chicken pan sauce

Absolute pleasure as always to work with this organisation.

Happy Sunday everyone. Time for a pint I think!

More recipe testing this evening (hard life eh) more formal this one.

Sit down meal for 30 request was "stuffed chicken" so......

Some gorgeous free range chicken breasts, filled with sage, cream cheese, wholegrain and wrapped in parma ham. Roasted garlic mash, greens & the most beautiful, silky, chicken pan sauce. Absolute winner winner 🐔🍽️
