In The Kiln & Kettle Young Gaels, beginners, and learners can dive into Irish through games, pottery painting, and relaxed conversation—perfect for building confidence and having a bit of craic along the way.

Meanwhile, fluent speakers can gather in Oakley Fayre to mingle, catch up, and enjoy the natural flow of Irish in a friendly, welcoming setting.

We are delighted to also have dancers from the Owens Academy entertain in both Gaeltachts

The street will be buzzing with the sound of the Irish language, the aroma of great coffee ☕ and freshly baked treats, and of course—music! 🎵🎶🎻

Come along, soak up the atmosphere, and speak a cúpla focal!

So excited for Downpatrick to be hosting the Fleadh Cheoil a Dun! And so thrilled The Kiln & Kettle gets to be a part of it! 🎶🎻

Downpatrick is looking forward to the first ever Fleadh Cheoil an Dúin in the town. The Lecale Comhaltas has been leading the way in this momentous event which will provide a week of music, dance, fun and a lot more. See details in the link in the comments! ⬇️
