Hi everyone! A quick update: A&S Food Catering is now changing its name to Tara Wellness Catering, operating fresh from home!

My new concept blends healthy nutrition with wellness therapy. Alongside Tara Thai Wellness (our muscle and body care service), I want to take real care of our clients inside and out—offering relaxing spa treatments paired with mindful, healthy eating for a happier lifestyle

I am managing and cooking everything completely by myself with all my heart. I will start preparing on the 14th, and we are currently awaiting our official food hygiene rating. We would love to have all your support and encouragement as we start this journey. Stay tuned!"

Northern Thai Pork Belly Curry (Kaeng Hang Le): A rich, aromatic, and slightly tangy curry slow-cooked with tender pork belly, ginger, garlic, tamarind, and Burmese curry powder. It is uniquely flavored with minimal coconut milk, offering a deeply savory taste.

Classic Thai Green Curry with Chicken: Tender chicken pieces simmered in fragrant coconut milk infused with fresh green curry paste, Thai basil, sweet basil, bamboo shoots, and chilies. Creamy, spicy, and wonderfully aromatic.

Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls: Golden-brown, crispy pastry rolls packed with a savory mix of glass noodles, cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms. Served hot and crunchy with a sweet chili dipping sauce. (Vegetarian-friendly!)

Stuffed Chicken Wings: Deboned chicken wings stuffed with a delicious savory filling of minced chicken, glass noodles, mushrooms, and Thai spices, then deep-fried until golden and crispy on the outside.
