On Saturday, 10th October, from 9:30am to 1pm, our pub transforms into a hive of creativity, gathering talented local makers and small businesses under one roof.

This is your chance to discover unique crafts, hand-made treasures, and charming gifts—perfect for the season and ideal for anyone keen to support independent talent in our community.

Browse through stalls filled with one-of-a-kind items you simply won’t find anywhere else. From home-made treats and festive decorations to thoughtful presents, there’s something to delight every visitor. Beyond the buzz of the market, you’ll find our signature hospitality and a genuine sense of local pride that makes mornings at the Bear of Burton something special.

If you’re a maker or small business owner, we’ve a handful of stalls still available. A £5 deposit reserves your place, with the option to donate it to Julia’s House Children’s Hospice—a small gesture that helps make a big difference.

A huge thank you to Alessia who lead the transformation front of house to create a cosy and welcoming Italian restaurant feel🇮🇹🐻🤗

The chequered tablecloths, fresh herbs, candles and Italian soundtrack created the perfect backdrop to the dishes Antimo prepared which is close to both their hearts ♥️

With the cubs looking stylish in black and white, and the sounds of happy guests bringing a smile to our faces, and we cannot wait to travel to another destination soon!
