To everyone who’s joined us, whether you’re an experienced runner or you’re just starting your running journey — thank you for coming along and giving it a go.

Sunday was another reminder of what we love about this group. No racing, no pressure and no competition… just a bunch of people getting outside, enjoying the autumn sunshine and putting some time on their feet. 🍂☀️

And a special shout-out to Russ, who makes our brilliant medals! 🥇

Everyone say hello to the lovely Amber! 🐶❤️
Nearly 8 years young, Amber knows exactly what makes life worth living… rolling around in mud, a bit of cheese 🧀 and keeping an eye on that coffee cup! ☕😂

Loves: Rolling about, cheese and coffee cups!
Doesn’t love: The rain ☔️ (who can blame her?!)
We reckon Amber has got her priorities absolutely right! 🐾

It was a close one, with Lottie hot on his heels, but Ralph just pipped her to the post! 🥇🐾
