What does the future of coffee look like?

With a potential decline and even extinction of arabica coffee within 60 years, what is the alternative? We’ve been lucky enough to get our hands on ‘Future Coffee’ from PLOT Roasting . This consists of 7 very rare coffee species.

On the 5th July, Brad will be hosting a tasting of these coffees with a sharp 10am start, breakfast included.

This will be a ticketed event (available from Monday 15th)

All of us here are absolutely gutted to hear the sad news about Nigel.

After we first met Nigel’s daughter, we said to each other ‘Oh my god this could be our in. One day we will meet Nigel, and we will get him to sponsor us with an Everest parka to climb Snowdonia.’ Well, we met Nigel and became friends with Sophie. Possibly not surprisingly, we had to buy the parka but a 50% success rate with the added bonus of our friendship with Sophie isn’t bad going.

If we are honest, stocking Cabourn was a purely selfish move on our part, and we’re not sorry about it. Not only were we able to introduce the brand to lots of people that didn’t know it, but we were able to top up our wardrobes with some amazing pieces.

We feel really honoured to have been able to stock Cabourn in our little shop, thank you for having us.

Presenting.. Prophets of the House That Love Built.

May 9th, the Oracles of The Weekend Warmup/ Sundown Sessions, come together to wash away the winter.
Expect a Sermon of House, Soul, Hip-hop, Cumbia, Latin, Cuban, and full blown BANGERS.

Better still the one and only Bear of the Dark, comes a lolloping over the hill, with the finest dancing juice.

For the person who has everything: Part 3

Brew With Brad will be hosting a coffee tasting with a difference. Explaining, in detail, how coffee processing works and how it effects flavour.

Brad will be using a coffee that have done In collaboration with Daterra in Brazil. Climpson wanted to explore how one variety’s flavour could be shaped by different processing techniques.
