☀️ IMPORTANT UPDATE — TODAY’S KITCHEN OPENING HOURS ☀️

With temperatures expected to reach around 35°C today, we’ve made the decision to slightly reduce our opening hours to help keep our team safe and comfortable during the extreme heat. ❤️

🍽️ Lunch: 12pm–2pm - Last food orders 1:45pm
🍽️ Dinner: 6pm–8pm - Last food orders 7:45pm

We’ll be doing everything we can behind the scenes to keep the kitchen and our team as cool as possible, but with the extreme temperatures, we feel this is the sensible thing to do.

Please note - this is just the kitchen opening times, the pub will be open as normal, with the AIRCON on full! 😁

👨🏻‍🍳 This weekend, our apprentice, Jack, has been honing his sauce-making skills in the kitchen – and we're incredibly proud of what he's achieved!

One of his creations was a beautifully balanced Lemon & King Prawn Beurre Blanc, perfectly paired with our pan-seared salmon. Safe to say... it tasted absolutely delicious! 👏🐟🍋

A huge well done to Jack for all his hard work and dedication. We can't wait to share more of his creations with you over the coming weeks, so keep an eye on our page! 👨🏻‍🍳✨
