Last thursday we had a call from regarding their Lever coffee machine
After an emergency call out on Friday and initial diagnosis of an element protector failure, and also a water level control unit, we returned Monday with the part, and found further fault with water inlet into the machine, including blocked and scaled pipes and fittings, failed inlet valve and coil
After discussion with owners Rachel and Andrew, it was decided between them, they would like to change their machine.
A frantic tuesday afternoon and early wednesday morning decision process, we installed this fantastic reconditioned .coffee Expobar Zircon 2 group this afternoon

Almost a week without a coffee machine has been tough for Pavé’s regular customers (and staff!!). Hopefully, this will keep them ticking for a good while now

Position: Field Service Engineer (Coffee Machines)
Hours: Full Time Position - Monday to Friday

Details: Due to an ever expanding company we are looking for a full time field engineer.

* Previous experience would be an advantage in the coffee machine industry repairing both traditional and bean to cup machines but on the job training will be given.
* Can work on their own and as part of a team.
* To carry out day to day call outs and repairs on Coffee Machines.
* Demonstrate fault finding to first fix onsite repairs.
* Servicing and filtration of customer’s machines.
* Ensure the vans are stocked with the relevant parts to complete their jobs.
* Work to schedules set out by the manager.
* Capable of understanding and filling in paperwork / ProNett.
* With a clean driving license, and to ensure their vehicle is road worthy at all times.
* You must be confident and friendly with a smart and professional appearance.
* Good communication skills with customer’s.
* Help with the day to day / stocking of machines and parts when needed.
* Have a flexible approach to work, location and hours.
