Just a quick reminder for anyone who is interested in our catering services, after a recent bad experience we would like to reiterate the pre-payment and the reason why, as we will have to cancel events that are not paid for ahead of time.

✨We do as for a deposit to secure the date of the event, which is refundable up to a week before the event

✨The full amount must be paid a week before the event to allow us time to organise and liaise with suppliers.

We always have and will continue to work with you in special circumstances and extend deadlines if feasible, however, we are a small family business and we will not fund an event ourselves upfront to have to chance payment!

Cancelling catering is the last thing in the world we want to do, especially close to your events, but it is not an option for non payments! And abusing staff because of this is also not acceptable!

Over the 2 days (Tuesday & Wednesday) we have a handful of different catering events at different times of the day, so we will only be have our standard menu items on offer for these days, no specials.

Thank you for your understanding and patience with us over our busy periods, we appreciate you all 💛 but if time is a factor for you, please remember you can pre-order via phone or online delivery or collection so we don’t slow you down 😅
