Only way I'm eating salad is if it looks like this... Yes our leafy concoction is showing us the hottest colour combinations of this season. What do you mean what's in it?! Crumbled feta - because it makes everything better (sorry), strawberries, cucumber, mint, tamari-roasted seeds and a vinaigrette of extra virgin olive oil & Belazu aged balsamic vinegar. You're welcome 🤩

Immensely grateful to all our tea-rrific customers for voting for us to be in the finals... Truth is ALL plucky hospitality businesses are already winners.

Damn I had my eyes closed when they took this picture of us 😉 But had to post anyway... Such a exquisite spec of dust suspended in a light beam - all of humanity is on it (apart from 4 people) don't we all look beautiful? And so fragile..
