ATTENTION!!
This is a message to our customers who came into store tonight.
Firstly I would like to apologise for the service you may have received tonight during the middle of the shift. We had a major issue inside the store, to which we were unable to cut more chips, due to our chipper breaking in the middle of the shift, and us having to cut chips by handโฆ. (Cons of making fresh chips everyday)
To anyone who was unhappy please do not hesitate to come back into store tommrow or next week and I will happily give you 10% off your next order as a sorry on our behalf. We understand waiting times and limits on chips were longer than usual.
Secondly, even though this misshap was completely out of our control, and we tried our upmost to keep up with demand, I will NOT tolerate ANY verbal abuse towards my staff members, all of which work part time to earn some extra money whilst they are at school/uni/college.
ANY abuse towards my staff members is unacceptable, and frankly was embarrassing, due to people being limited to smaller portions of chips. If you have ANY issues please donโt hesitate to come into store and ask for myself, Jordan, and I will happily have a civilised conversation.
To the rest of our loyal customers, once again I can only apologise for tonight, and hope you can accept our apology, and we promise to do better next time.
