Hi, welcome to Cakes & Bakes by Kirsty. I am a self taught home baker focusing on cupcakes and cakes. I have 8 years previous experience of managing a popular food restaurant so have lots of experience in food safety and have recently refreshed my allergen awareness and food hygiene level 2 certificates. Due to working from my family home kitchen I am unfortunately unable to cater for any allergies.

Here’s a cake we made for my husband, it’s a polish cake called “Pani Walewska”
It’s a combination of shortbread cake layers, crunchy meringue, blackcurrant conserve, walnuts and vanilla Creme along with some fresh raspberries and dark chocolate ganache on top 😋😋

I have the following available to order for ⭐️FATHERS DAY!⭐️

Cake jars:

Vanilla - Layers of soft vanilla sponge, creamy vanilla buttercream and sweet raspberry jam.

Chocolate - Layers of delicious choc sponge sandwiched with a silky smooth chocolate buttercream.

Brownie tray: A large tray of my rich and fudgy triple choc brownies covered with a generous coating of milk chocolate and topped with plenty of various kinder chocolates, buttons and sprinkles along with a happy Father’s Day topper!

*Cake jars £7 each, Brownie tray £30. These will be freshly made for the 20th June. Collection from Rowde. Delivery also available depending on location, delivery charge may apply. Please mention any allergies when ordering. Payment needs to be made at the time of ordering to secure your order.
