Yesterday was a busy sweet and savoury pastry day in the Quiche & Cake kitchen — plenty of rolling, lining and baking, ready to get all your orders out as soon as possible! 🥧

Our lovely homemade quiches bakewells & treacle tarts are heading off to events, venues and customers, and it all starts with these pastry cases, made by hand with care. ❤️

Every quiche starts with our own homemade shortcrust pastry, made and rolled by hand in our kitchen. Then come the delicious fillings, a rich, creamy egg filling and those lovely Clipston Egg Co free-range eggs. 🥚❤️

From Caramelised Red Onion to Stilton & Broccoli or Bacon, Brie & Cranberry, Roasted Tomatoes, Mushroom Medley, Quiche Lorraine we put care into every quiche because good ingredients deserve a little time and attention.

Enjoy a slice for lunch, add a salad for supper, or order a whole quiche to share around the table.

Available directly from us or by the slice from the ‘Stocked Fridge’ at Clipston Egg Company hut.

We can personally recommend the millionaire’s shortbread, Jammie Dodger rocky road and Mars crispy slices — all delicious! 🤤
The rocky road fudge is worth a try too — lovely and soft, and a little different from the usual rocky road.

Strictly quality control, of course… not that we’ve eaten much of it! 🤭

Times are hard at the moment. Money is tight, fuel prices are climbing and everything seems to be getting more expensive.

We’re both doing our very best to keep prices as reasonable as we possibly can, whether you’re popping in for your eggs or picking up something from the ‘Stocked Fridge’.
