🔥 THE DIRTY SOULS ARE BIG GRILL BOUND 🔥

We’re heading to Dublin tomorrow and you’ll catch The Dirty Souls at The Big Grill all week — prepping with chefs, smoking brisket, cooking whole hog and running about the place like lunatics. 😂🔥

This is our third year working alongside the Big Grill team, and it’s genuinely one of the best weeks of the year for us.

You won’t catch us trading or doing demos — you’ll catch us working alongside some of the best pitmasters and live-fire cooks there are, supporting them, learning from them, working with them and becoming part of their teams for the week.

That’s exactly why we love it. It feels like a week of schooling for us — sharing skills, learning new ways of doing things, making connections and spending time with people we really respect in barbecue, and live fire cooking.

We volunteer our time and skills for the week without charge — for us, the return comes in different forms: the experience, the relationships, the learning and the opportunities that grow from being part of it and the event itself is my favourite bbq festival ♡

And some of the best moments happen outside the trading hours for us — the long cooks, the late nights, sitting around the smokers, talking first-hand with the people behind the food, sharing stories, ideas and experience when everything else has quietened down.

It’s old friends, new friends, great teams and plenty of time gathered around the fire — and who knows, maybe we’ll manage to gather a few of them together around our own tables and fires in Donegal somewhere along the way. 👀🔥

And of course, Bert, our big 500-gallon offset smoker, will be fired up all week with some seriously talented pitmasters cooking on him. 🖤🔥

London, we're coming. ✈️🔥

On Sunday, myself, Eoin and Adam are heading over to London ahead of FUME Festival, where we'll be joining the legends at Melt BBQ as part of their team at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham.

A huge thank you to , everyone at for letting us onboard your team and for having us.

Looking forward to catching up with familiar faces, meeting new ones and cooking alongside some legends. 🔥
