I was looking so forward to seeing you all again at some point , but…

With lots regrets and sadness for the moment I have to give up my plans to open the two new businesses I have mentioned few months ago due the impossibility to find staff.

It seems like nowadays to work is just an option.

I will try again at the end of spring.

Dolce Salato is planning to establish new Venues in the Cathedral Quarter in Derby, an Italian Aperitif-Diner Bar and an Italian Bakery Paninoteca .

We’re now recruiting staff with backgrounds of knowledge and experience of the sector.

The choosen candidates will have 2 weeks of full theory and practical training onsite and a trip to Italy for a live show and presentation of the Aperitif-Diner for free.

Hello to everyone

Many of my customers are aware about my knees conditions from many years now, Unfortunately I reached a stage where the pain is unbearable to stand all day on my legs, hence I would like to let you know that from the 18th of August the restaurant will stay closed until further notice.

Due a long recover we will let you know when we will reopen again.

Apologies for any inconvenience and looking forward to seeing you soon in the near future, probably with new venues and locations to .

I don't know what's going on with Facebook but recently I keep get messages that saying I brake theirs standard and my account of Dolce Salato will be deleted.

I don't know why they do this me, hence I ask you please if you don't get any reply from Dolce Salato do not book on Facebook or on Messenger but please book your table phoning at 07428062931
