Ciao Castle Donington! 👋 The fire is roaring and we’ve missed you! 🔥
There is a special feeling in the kitchen today. The smell of a fired oven waking up after the holiday break and slow fermented dough turning into charred leopard crust.
We have spent the last 48 hours watching over our dough, letting it rise slowly and naturally—just as tradition taught us. It’s a slow process, but we believe it’s the only way to give you a pizza that is light, airy, and gentle on the stomach.
We are simply making the most honest, delicious pizza in Castle Donington, using the best ingredients we can find.
The fire is lit, and we would be honored to cook for you tonight.
