🍻 A LITTLE UPDATE FROM THE QUEEN’S HEAD 🍻

As we get ready for our farewell celebration this Saturday, we just wanted to let everyone know about a few changes to our opening and closing arrangements over the coming days.

This Saturday, our kitchen will close early at 6pm so that all of our wonderful staff can finish up and join us for our leaving party.

We will then be closed on Sunday for maintenance.

From Monday 5th October, the new owners will be taking over The Queen’s Head, and the pub will remain closed until Friday while they carry out further decorating and preparations ready for their new chapter.

Most importantly, we’re really excited to see many of you this Saturday for our farewell celebration! 🥂

It promises to be a fantastic evening and a chance for us to have a drink together, share some memories, and say a proper thank you and goodbye to the locals, friends, customers, and staff who have made our time at The Queen’s Head so special.

See you Saturday! 🍻❤️

Cheers,
Tim & Jorja

❤️ A Farewell, A Thank You & A New Chapter ❤️

To all our wonderful customers, friends and the Little Eaton community…

As our time at The Queen’s Head draws to a close we wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you.

When we took over the tenancy in 2022, we could never have imagined just how much this little village pub would come to mean to us. The Queen’s Head has been so much more than a business — it has been a huge part of our family’s life.

We’ve shared busy weekends, quiet pints at the bar, Sunday lunches, live music, celebrations, community events, football matches and plenty of laughter along the way. Most importantly, we’ve met some truly wonderful people, many of whom we are now lucky enough to call friends.

To the people of Little Eaton, our loyal regulars, our customers, our staff past and present, and everyone who has walked through our doors and supported us over the years — thank you. Your friendship, loyalty and support have meant more to our family than we can properly put into words.

The new tenants take over on 5 October so please look out for posts on our farewell party and plans over the next two weeks.

But this isn’t goodbye… it’s simply the beginning of a new chapter.

Our journey continues just up the road at The Sitwell Arms in Horsley Woodhouse, and hope we see you there from time to time.

Thank you for supporting your local pub.
Thank you for the friendships and the memories.
And thank you for being part of our journey.

We very much hope this isn’t goodbye — just “see you up the road.” ❤️

With love and thanks,

The Knight Family
Jorja, Tim, Luke, Cami & Muggy
