We’ve freshened up our menu with all your Potting Shed favourites — from proper breakfasts and tasty lunches to homemade cakes, sweet treats and lovely hot drinks.

There’s something about a fresh salad in the sunshine that just feels right, isn’t there? ☀️

To celebrate National Salad Month, we’ll be bringing you a new special salad every week throughout May – and we’re starting with a proper classic…

🥗 Week 1: Our Caesar Salad
Crisp leaves, golden croutons, smoky bacon, tender chicken, a generous sprinkle of parmesan… all finished with a creamy Caesar dressing. Simple, satisfying, and just the sort of thing you fancy when the weather behaves itself like this.

Perfect with a coffee (or that cheeky iced one you can spot in the background 👀).

There’s something about a sunny table in the garden centre… a slice of cake, a cool drink, and a little moment to yourself 🌿

Today it’s all about these homemade individual lemon sponges – light, fluffy, and filled with that lovely zesty sweetness that just tastes like sunshine. Finished with fresh cream and a little pop of fruit on top… they don’t hang around for long, I’ll be honest.

And if you’re wondering whether they’re worth it… well, our cake will make you as happy as Cheryl 😄 (and that’s saying something!)

Why not treat yourself next time you’re in?
Coffee, cake, and a wander round the plants… not a bad way to spend an hour.

Fresh from the oven this morning… our cheese and onion scones are looking (and smelling!) irresistible. 🧀✨

Golden on top, fluffy in the middle, with plenty of cheese and sweet onion in every bite. Perfect with a cup of tea or a bowl of soup.

We’ve made a special selection of Valentine’s treats — fluffy sponge, swirls of buttercream, chocolate hearts and fresh strawberries… all the good things.

Pop in after a walk through Markeaton Park or bring someone special (yourself included 😉).
