Slightly Bad news post!

We love our fish fridays, but sadly the price of Cod and Haddock are Soaring at the moment!

We have made the decision to keep it on but with a price increase of 2 for £25.

We wont use cheaper cuts of white fish which is common now such as coely, whiting, pangasias or po***ck, you will always know its cod or haddock at the Hawk depending on availability.

Also if your table is a odd number, you can always add the next fish on for £12.50.

Diolch all!

Thank you to Cffi Llannefydd on helping with our community edible garden!

The idea, once established is for the community to be able to learn about different edible herbs and plants and to be able to help themselves to anything grown.

With the aid of Pub is the Hub , we secured a grant to turn part of our outdoor space into a community project for everyone to enjoy in the future.

We have planted -

Wild strawberries
Fennel
Artichokes
Camomile
Red currants
Chives
Garlic chives
Fenugreek
Rosmary
Thyme
Bay
Lemon verbina

When established, feel free to harvest!
