SKILLED BUTCHER

We are looking for a highly skilled butcher who is passionate about being involved in the sourcing of their meat. This role requires the confidence, knowledge, and enthusiasm to work closely with local farmers and abattoirs whilst seeking out the very best produce available.

We're looking for someone who can create eye-catching counter displays with flair, maximise cross-selling opportunities, and build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues. Presence, pride, professionalism, and appearance are all key attributes for this exceptional craft.

The ideal candidate will also understand the importance of discretion and professionalism. If interested, further discussions and negotiations will be conducted privately and away from social media.
