It’s parkrun day and we’ll be open from 9:30am ready to serve you all.

Soft drinks, hot and cold, a cheeky bacon rolls sausage and egg in a roll and even a lovely granola pot

Our running landlady has been enjoying her 10k races this July.
She attended the Sandwich 10k and knocked 5 mins off her time from last year 🎉
And she did her 3rd dealtriofficial Dino 10k and throughly enjoyed running up Liverpool Road hill to kingsdown 🥵.

A huge congratulations to her and the running team Jelly Legs Running Club for receiving 3rd female team trophy for the Dino 10k which they received this morning at Walmer and Deal Seafront parkrun. 💙🧡

Keep on running Marna 🏃‍♀️🏅🎉

Yay it’s Saturday again
Means we’re open from 9:30am to welcome all those taking part in our social parkrun and those who just happen to be passing and fancy a soft drink or a bacon bap (other options available)

Happy Saturday to you all.

Don’t forget there is a car boot/ table top sale in the green form 10am and of course the end of Carnival week party from 7pm

It’s parkrun day tomorrow 🎉

Once you’ve ran, walked or even been one of the amazing volunteers we have you covered at The Stag with a hot or cold soft drink, including an iced latte and a bacon, sausage or an egg butty.

You could even treat yourself to a morning overnight granola pot.

🛟 Station open day Saturday 29th August🛟

Our station open day this year is on Saturday 29th August and will run between 10am and 3pm.

There will be plenty to see and do so come down and join in the fun.

Activities include:

🛟 Meet the crew
🛟 Look at our lifeboats
🛟 Visit the lifeboat shop
🛟 Meet other local emergency services
🛟 Wet sponge stocks
🛟 Welly throwing
🛟 Lots of other children's activities
🛟 Cake and refreshments stall

As a finale to the day at 2pm we will also be taking part in a live display with our boats and Dover and Ramsgate Lifeboats.
