We’re still here guys 👋👋 quick update;

Lots going on behind the scenes 👀
today we’re creating new menus for you all including drinks, food & cocktails 🍹😍

We’ve had our new shiny coffee machine delivered 🎉, carpets ripped up & furniture being reupholstered 🙌🏼 (yes those booths are getti by some TLC too 😜)

We’re lucky enough to have so much local support from specialists & engineers helping us give the place the attention it needs too! 🔨✏️⚡️

The Bridgewater is a place for everyone, a morning coffee ☕️ or a late night dance 🕺 at the weekend, but in our planning what would you want to see more of? 🤔

Now we know we won’t please everyone sometimes so reasonable suggestions in the comments 😆🙏

🤷‍♀️ SERIOUS QUESTION… WHAT DO NORMAL PEOPLE ACTUALLY DO AT WEEKENDS?!

Because we genuinely haven’t got a clue. 😂

Is it…
🛌 Lie in past 8am?
☕ Have a coffee without being interrupted 47 times?
🛒 Go shopping… for something other than stock?
🍻 Go OUT for drinks instead of serving them?
📺 Sit on the sofa and watch something that isn’t football?
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Actually have a whole weekend with the family?
😴 Go to bed before 5am??!!

So tell us… WHAT DO NORMAL PEOPLE DO AT WEEKENDS?! 👇😂

🍻 INTRODUCING YOUR NEW PUBLICANS… 🍻

GARY & KRISTINA ❤️

Most of you will already know us as the managers of The Bridgewater…

But now, we can officially say…

🔥 WE’RE THE OWNERS! 🔥

We just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us over the years — and especially over the 12 months during this transition.

The messages, support, kind words and excitement for what’s ahead have genuinely meant so much to us. ❤️

🔨 The builders are already hard at work, and we’re doing everything we can to get the doors open as soon as possible!

So please bear with us while we work behind the scenes to be as ready as we can be 😆

We’ve got plenty planned, plenty to do and we’re SO excited for what’s ahead! 👀🔥

Here’s to the next chapter! 🥂🍻

A massive thank you to everyone who has messaged, sent CVs and shown an interest in joining us — we’re genuinely overwhelmed by the response! ❤️

Please bear with us! Today is officially TAKEOVER DAY 🎉 and we’ve got plenty happening behind the scenes as we get everything in place.

We’ll be sitting down and working our way through ALL the messages from Monday, so if you’ve contacted us, don’t panic if you haven’t heard back yet! 👀

And just to be clear… this isn’t a whole new team! ❤️
We’re delighted that lots of our existing Bridgewater team are staying with us, and we’re simply looking to add a few new faces to the family. 🍻
