I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the thriving wellbeing community here at Mamhilad and to work alongside such a dedicated group of professionals who are passionate about making a difference.

For anyone new to my page, Mamhilad Park Estate is home to an amazing network of wellbeing practitioners, offering everything from chiropractic care and counselling to fitness, strength and conditioning, holistic therapies, and more.

Every month, we come together to explore how we can better support our community. Bringing together specialists from a wide range of fields—including mental health, physical wellbeing, mindfulness, and holistic health—allows us to create meaningful opportunities for people to access the support they need.

There are some exciting collaborations and projects on the horizon, and I can’t wait to share more with you soon!

If you’re looking for wellbeing services, counselling, holistic therapies, fitness support, or simply a community that puts wellbeing first, be sure to follow along and keep up to date with what’s happening here at Mamhilad.
