..I *think* that’s how the song went. It was 17 years ago! 😂👴

But seriously — why not give yourselves a reason to get out of bed this **Saturday or Sunday** and head down to **The Castell** for an amazing breakfast with us? 🍳🥓☕️

And if you’ve got the little ones with you, even better! While you enjoy your breakfast and a well-earned coffee, **the kids can get stuck into the games and activities we have for them to play** 🎲🧩🎨 — keeping them entertained and giving you at least a fighting chance of eating your breakfast while it’s still hot! 😂

A proper breakfast is the perfect way to kick-start a great day...

Especially if, like me, your day may later involve being dragged around **Clothing Stores for THREE HOURS** while your girlfriend repeatedly asks:

“Does this suit me?” 😭😂

“Yes darling!.”
“Yes, that one too.”
“Yes, they all suit you.”
“PLEASE CAN WE GO HOME NOW?” 🤣
.. which is why for one, I do all of my shopping online and just buy multiples of the same t-shirt... I'm simple to please!

So come to The Castell, fill your bellies, let the kids have some fun and fuel yourselves up for the day ahead.

Trust me… you’re going to need the energy. 😂🍳💪

🚨 **BREAKING NEWS: LOCAL MAN RETURNS FROM TIMBUKTU** 🚨

After weeks* battling extreme conditions, dangerous wildlife and the constant threat of running out of beer…

**JAY HAS RETURNED.** 🏕️

*It was actually camping in Brecon. For a few days. But you know what he’s like.* 😂

He’s showered (allegedly), rejoined civilisation and will be **behind the bar from 12:00 today**, ready to serve you a beautifully cold pint while pretending he’s Bear Grylls. 🍺

Then at **15:30**, Riley gets in the kitchen and starts cooking some absolutely banging food — because apparently crisps and pints don’t count as a balanced diet. 🍔🔥

So today’s itinerary is simple:

🍺 **12:00 — Jay serves the pints**
🍽️ **15:30 — Riley serves the food**
🏕️ **All day — Jay tells everyone he’s “just got back from Timbuktu”**

Pop in, get fed, get watered and welcome our brave explorer home.

**Please don’t ask to see the camping photos. There are probably 700 of them.** 😂🍻
