It’s Monday and that means today is our Good Companions Lunch between 12 and 2.

The aim of the lunches are to encourage members of our community who are carers, live on their own, or those whose families no longer live locally, to come together and share lunch, chat with some companions and pass a pleasant hour of two in the café.

The Good Companions Lunch has been supported by the Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund through Fife Voluntary Action and Scottish Government.

Open 11.30am - 3.30pm.

We’re open Thursday to Sunday, 9.30am - 4pm.

On Mondays we open, 11.30am - 3.30pm, with the Good Companions Lunch, 12 - 2.

On Tuesdays, Options in life open their pop up cafe, 10am-3pm.
