WE ARE HIRING

Due to our wee cafe being so busy 🫶🏻 we are taking a lot of bookings, buffets & everything in between 😅 we need some new BOSSes to join us to help with the demand 🥰

BOSS Kitchen has the following position available:

Kitchen / Front of House Assistant

Shift pattern covers 7 days where weekend availability is essential. Flexibility to cover shifts if & when is required.

This role is to assist the Kitchen & FOH

Duties Include ✨
• Serve customers
• Clear tables
• Prepare & serve hot & cold drinks
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Wash & dry dishes
• Assist in food prep & re-stock

Requirements for this position✨
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Be able to work under pressure is a must
• Work as part of a team as well as own initiative
• Flexible as to what hours & days worked
• Weekend availability is essential
• Excellent customer service
• Friendly & reliable

What a day 😅 we had a variety leaving our wee kitchen today to keep us busy 🫶🏻

Early start for us BOSS Gals this morning preparing this stunning Graze Board before delivering for the Bridal Party 🤍🥂 we hope you all had the best day 💫

These boards honestly get brawer every time we make them 🫶🏻 & Sarah did a stunning job of this one today 🤝 they come as standard with so much choice available… we don’t leave anything out 😂 included in our Graze boards are mini Overnight Oats & mini Granola Pots, dipping pots & BOSS Brownies 🤌

Saturday Buffets leaving all day 🫶🏻 no pictures as Emma was soooo busy 😅 getting them all ready for you 🥰 we have lots of buffet options available & our first one was heading to a little princess for her birthday party we hope you had the most magical day 🥰

Chocolate Cake Birthdays 🥳

Sarah whipped up a Chocolate Birthday Cake for the BOSS Man a few months ago & after posting it on our story she’s done quite a few 🫶🏻

This one from today was heading to a special little Gal for her 10th Birthday 💞

Can we take a moment for how stunning this three tier Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream is 🤌 she cooks, she cleans, she manages, she keeps the BIG BOSS right 😝 & she’s also the best wee baker👌 is there anything oor Sarah cannot do 🫶🏻

If you know someone who loves Chocolate Cake then this is the cake for them 🤝

I’ve attached a wee message with feedback from one that went out over the weekend 💫 & kids know their stuff when it comes to chocolate cake 😎 so if he says it was 10/10 banging you better believe it was 10/10 banging 🤌

Thank you for keeping us extra busy today 🫶🏻 we had our first buffet for 30ppl completed before opening our doors this morning 🤌

A full house all morning & apologies to anyone we couldn’t offer a table to 💫

We were a staff member short 😅 however we pulled our socks up & our wee team smashed it out the park & more 👌 customers were saying to Cheryl they don’t know how we managed to do it all whizzing around looking after you while being so busy & Sarah is just an absolute machine in that kitchen & single handily made breakfast feeding the 5 thousand today 🤌

We forever appreciate our customers choosing BOSS 🫶🏻 Buffets, Afternoon Teas, Full House & lots of takeaways to keep us going this fine Sunday 😎

And off course Best of Luck to Auchinleck Talbot FC on today’s game in the Cup Final 🖤💛

Friday shift completed 🫶🏻

We had a variety of our stunning dishes leaving the kitchen today 🤝

🔥 Breakfast Burrito was a top fav (𝓐 𝓶𝓾𝓼𝓽 𝓽𝓻𝔂)
😎 Big BOSS Stack a close second
🤌 Our Caesar salads & wraps were on fire today for lunches

I don’t think we’ll ever not be a Cajun Pasta & Chicken Tempura place now 😅 everyday all day there is no time limit on these dishes either 😂 9am Cajun Pasta & a Tempura side is not uncommon 🤝

We received lots of feedback from customers today complementing their dishes 🫶🏻 this made a few BOSS Gals very much appreciated 💫

Our Drinks went pretty crazy 😅 we had BOSS Gals working all day solely on our Iced Drinks, Smoothies, Milkshakes, Matcha’s & Red Bull Infusions 👌they were a full time job in themselves 🧋🥤

We are all stocked up ready for you tomorrow & we have also invested in a few more blenders to keep up with the demand 🫶🏻
