We have real commitment to our clients and customers with a hands on approach, as experienced chefs and restaurateurs we haven’t lost site of the importance of good quality food and
service. Having worked relentlessly in the catering industry the founding Director’s endeavour to go the extra mile for their clients and customers. We fully understand that no two sites are the same and this is why our menus and services are tailored to each client. Our menus offer a variety of choice with healthy options and seasonal inspired specials. Where possible most of our ingredients are sourced locally in order to help reduce food miles. Whether we are running a staff restaurant or a deli café our principles are always the same: we use only the best ingredients in our products which are made with passion and care in order to represent the best quality and great value for our customer. We haven’t lost site that food is at the heart of our business, as well as offering vending services for our clients, it is food where it all began for us. We are passionate about our food and we love creating new and exciting dishes, we love to engage with our end users in order to deliver more choice and variety to our menus
Sam smith catering sources food from specialist suppliers that are farm assured and suitably accredited to schemes such as the Responsible Fishing and Fairtrade schemes. With support from our clients and suppliers, we actively promote the use of products that minimise environmental impact, maximise the benefits to the producers and their communities. We aim to be Northern Ireland’s most desirable catering services supplier. To achieve this, we focus on providing the best food, drink and standard of service, whilst limiting our growth to a level where the one director is able to maintain their personal oversight of every contract. It may not be a strategy to excite the City investment bankers we cater to, but it's one that allows us to delight our clients and achieve steady growth by winning new ones, at the same time building on our reputation for high quality food, great service and reliability. But finding a great catering supplier is extremely difficult. Many organisations never succeed, and limp unhappily from contract to contract, and being entirely satisfied and feeling hurt because the promises they have made haven't matched up to the quality delivered.
