Starters:-
Potato, Leek & Bacon Soup,
Traditional Prawn Cocktail,
Stuffed Garlic Mushrooms with Welsh Mature cheddar.

Mains:-
Chicken Breast stuffed with Cranberries, Leek & red onion stuffing, wrapped in pancetta on a bed of Creamy Leek Mash. Accompanied by a Port Wine Gravy.

Oven baked Scottish Sea Trout topped with cockle butter sauce on a bed of Sautéed Potatoes & Samphire.

8oz Sirloin Steak with all the trimmings, Homemade Chips & a Winter spiced Peppercorn Sauce. ( Supplement £5)

Chestnut & Wild Mushroom with Tarragon & Welsh Mature Cheddar Wellington.
