Why I created Willow & Sage…

When I first opened the doors, my dream was never just to create somewhere to eat and drink.
I wanted to create a place that felt warm, welcoming and full of life, somewhere people could relax, connect, laugh, and feel like they belonged.
A little bit of that “Cheers” feeling… where people know your name, conversations happen naturally, and familiar faces become friends.

One of the biggest compliments we’ve ever received was:
“I came to Willow & Sage as a customer and left as a friend.”
And honestly, that sums up everything I ever hoped this little bistro could be. 💚
