Land Wanted for Field-to-Fork Beef Programme
Holy Smokes BBQ Shack is currently looking for land to rent as part of our expanding field to fork beef programme.
We are developing a breeding herd centred around our Beef Shorthorn bull 🐂, “O’Malley.”
Beef Shorthorns are renowned for producing exceptional beef with rich flavour and excellent marbling. By breeding from carefully selected cows with O’Malley, we aim to produce high quality cattle while maintaining strong animal welfare and sustainable farming practices.
This programme allows us to take control of the full journey from pasture to plate, ensuring the beef served in our restaurant is locally raised, fully traceable, and of the highest quality.
To support this project, we are currently seeking grazing land to rent, ideally in the Portadown or Richhill area, though we would be happy to consider opportunities further afield for the right land.
