👨‍🍳🍽️ WE’RE HIRING – SOUS CHEF 🍽️👨‍🍳

Due to continued growth, we’re looking to add a Sous Chef to our kitchen team at the Cowie Tavern! 💛

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has previous kitchen experience
✅ Can work alongside our Head Chef
✅ Is available to work 1–2 shifts per week, primarily at weekends
✅ Can step up and cover a full weekend when our Head Chef or fellow Sous Chef is on holiday
✅ Takes pride in producing quality food and maintaining high standards
✅ Works well as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team in a busy village pub with a growing reputation for great food.

It was certainly a strange experience doing last orders as the sun was coming up! 🌅😂

And we’re willing to bet not many of you have walked home from the pub in broad daylight, with the birds tweeting away, before… or at least not for a very long time! 🐦🍻🙈
