This particular Granola Pot is made with creamy yogurt, granola, fresh strawberries, kiwi, Biscoff crumb and a generous drizzle of Biscoff sauce.

Our first summer special has arrived…

As promised with the launch of our new menu, we’ll be introducing a selection of seasonal specials over the coming months — beginning with our Greek Salad with Feta.

Fresh, colourful and full of flavour, it’s the perfect light lunch for warmer days by the lake.

Launching next Thursday 21st, just in time for the beautiful spell of weather on the horizon — and available throughout the summer.

A little bowl of sunshine from the café.

Our granola bowl, layered with fresh fruit and finished with a golden Biscoff crumb — simple, sweet and perfect after a morning by the lake.

Our new café menu has gone down a storm since launching last week, with fresh granola and açaí bowls, avocado on toasted sourdough, avo & poached eggs, three-egg omelettes, matcha specials, fresh bakes and plenty of coffee to enjoy by the lake.

The café is open all weekend as usual.

A new chapter for the café at The Lakes.

Over the coming weeks, you’ll begin to notice a gentle shift in what we offer — moving towards a more refined, feel-good menu centred around speciality coffee, matcha, and fresh, nourishing bowls.

This change comes alongside investment into our new La Marzocco coffee machine and a full refurbishment of the café space, allowing us to create something calmer, more considered, and better aligned with the lakeside experience.

Alongside our core menu, we’ll be introducing seasonal specials throughout the year — keeping things fresh, evolving, and always worth coming back for.

We’re building this carefully, and we’re excited for you to experience what’s to come.
