I had the pleasure of baking decorating and delivering this last week for a special birthday, just awaiting updated pictures with some polymer clay horses the client had made to go on the base.

The bugs are specific to who it was made for as they study them.

A delicious signature flavour of mine, raspberry and white chocolate! Mmm

A bit lapse on the old posting yet again!

Here is a very tasty vanilla cake with raspberry preserve.

I hope it held out ok in the extraordinary heat we had over the bank holiday. This is only photographed by me in the box to keep it refrigerated u till it was required later in the day.

Traditional vanilla victoria sponge with silky vanilla buttercream a d a strawberry preserve.
A fresh Lemon sponge with silky vanilla buttercream and a zesty lemon curd.
