✨ Baking is already underway for Thursday’s Wadebridge Country Market! ✨

This week’s baking has officially started (yes… that’s the fruit soaking for the Earl Grey tea loaf! 😄).

I’ll have:

Everything is homemade in my registered home kitchen using quality ingredients and baked in small batches.

*The vegan & gluten-free brownies are made using gluten-free ingredients but are not suitable for coeliacs or those with milk allergies due to the risk of cross-contamination.

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m a local home baker and you’ll find me at Wadebridge Country Market every Thursday from 8:45am–12:30pm in the Town Hall.

Each week I bring a selection of freshly baked treats, including:
Cupcakes
Loaf cakes
Brownies & traybakes
Cookies and other sweet treats

I also make celebration cakes, cupcakes and occasion bakes to order, so if you have a birthday, anniversary or special event coming up, I’d love to help.

Biscoff lovers, these are for you! 🤎🧁

Freshly baked Biscoff cupcakes made with light brown sugar for an extra caramel flavour, filled with a gooey Biscoff spread centre, topped with smooth Biscoff buttercream, finished with a drizzle of melted Biscoff spread and Lotus biscuit crumbs.

These were made today for one of my lovely regular customers – thank you so much for your continued support! ❤️
