Next time you visit us at The Erskine Arms, why not try our Charity Dish? Our pan-seared pork chop is served with caramelised celeriac and Parmesan purée, tenderstem broccoli, fondant potato and a Welsh c***r and wholegrain mustard sauce.

Every quarter, we choose a charity to support, with 50p from every Charity Dish sold donated to the chosen cause.

The Butterfly Suite, part of Arrowe Park Hospital’s maternity ward, provides a quiet, private and compassionate space for families facing the heartbreaking loss of a baby. It offers parents comfort, privacy and support during the most difficult moments imaginable.

We’re taking on this 26.2 mile challenge to help support the amazing care the Butterfly Suite provides to families when they need it most.
