We have been inundated with reserve list requests for the grotto so we’ve added some extra slots that you will be able to book from midnight tonight (12am Sat 10th October). Not many. But there will be something available on all our grotto dates leading up to and including Christmas Eve.

We are a family friendly venue. We’re not a pub, bar or garden centre, we’re a coffee shop. And an unusual one at that. We’re housed inside one of the quayside towers over looking the river. Even when it’s not Christmas, it’s a magical place.
We’ve been running our grotto at the Tower since Christmas 2021, and prior to that we’ve been involved with grottoes and Christmas events all around the country for the best part of two decades.
We only charge for children.
Your visit can be conducted in Welsh. We think this is super important. If your child speaks Welsh then so should Father Christmas.
You get a dedicated 10-minute slot. This allows nervous children to settle in and gives those with more confidence enough time to tell Santa everything they want to tell him without anyone feeling rushed.
Spoiler alert 🚨 Sion Corn is played by a professional actor. He’s not just some guy with a white beard and a red suit, he’s a professional entertainer, a magician, and a storyteller. We think this is also extremely important, as do our families who book on year after year.
