Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 per annum

About Us
We are a growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) franchise operating three branches. We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Officer to support the franchise owner and management team in coordinating business operations, monitoring performance, and improving operational efficiency across our locations.
The Role
The Business Support Officer will provide central business support across our three restaurants, ensuring effective communication, accurate reporting, strong administration, and consistent operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support across multiple restaurant locations.
Coordinate communication between the franchise owner, restaurant managers, suppliers, and external partners.
Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports and management updates.
Monitor key business metrics, including sales performance, labour costs, food costs, waste, and operational compliance.
Maintain accurate business records, databases, and operational documentation.
Support purchasing activities, supplier communication, invoice tracking, and administrative processes.
Maintain records relating to health and safety, food safety, training, and franchise compliance.
Organise meetings, prepare reports, and track agreed actions.
Support the implementation of business improvements, new processes, and operational initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and standardise procedures across branches.
Essential Requirements
Experience in business support, operations coordination, administration, or a similar role.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing reports and analysing business data.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to manage priorities across different business locations.
Desirable Experience
Experience in QSR, hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations.
Experience using business systems such as EPOS, inventory, CRM, or ERP platforms.
Knowledge of compliance processes and operational improvement activities.
